Frederick County: Parks and Recreation Classes

Central Maryland Martial Arts is now teaching beginner level Karate classes for the Frederick County Department of Parks and Recreation. These 8 week sessions are a great way to introduce young students to martial arts training and are held at various locations throughout the county. Structured around the Filipino martial art of Pekiti-Tersia Arnis, Wink’s system places a heavy emphasis on body mechanics, footwork, and the generation of power.
