Frederick County: Parks and Recreation Classes

Central Maryland Martial Arts is now teaching beginner level Karate classes for the Frederick County Department of Parks and Recreation. These 8 week sessions are a great way to introduce young students to martial arts training and are held at various locations throughout the county. FCMMA

Full Contact Martial Arts Association

Affiliated with CMMA, FCMAA was conceived by David Wink in 1997, to promote full-contact fighting as a laboratory for the discovery, development, and evaluation of fighting techniques. Structured around the Filipino martial art of Pekiti-Tersia Arnis, Wink’s system places a heavy emphasis on body mechanics, footwork, and the generation of power.
